Course Information

In today’s diverse and multicultural society, dental practitioners must understand and respect the cultural backgrounds of their patients to provide the highest standard of care. This half day training, hosted by Bookabee Australia, focuses on the importance of cultural competencies in dental practices and offers practical strategies for improving communication, trust, and patient satisfaction.
