• Transporting and storing RMDs safely
• Clinic zoning, PPE layers and correct gown use
• Practical: Cleaning treatment rooms – what compliance really looks like

10:15 – 10:45 | Morning Tea (Break)

10:45 – 12:00 | Hands-On: Donning, Doffing & Surgical Set-Up
• Step-by-step demonstration and participant practice
• Surgical set-ups simplified – instrument flow and asepsis
• Suction and handpiece maintenance – joined by NSK representative for a live demo

12:00 – 1:00 | Communication & Team Dynamics
• “We can’t change them, but we can change how we communicate with them”
• Working effectively with your dentist or OHT
• Case-based role-plays on language, tone, and proactive support
