Medical emergencies do happen in dentistry - are you prepared?

Complete emergency scenario exercises for the dental clinical environment for assessment and certification using a team-based approach.

What sets this course above others is that it is designed specifically for dental practices and the most likely conditions, with realistic simulations, that a dentist and their team may encounter from their patients.

This course covers a wide variety of medical emergencies, included: CPR training, defibrillation, sudden collapse, chest pain, fitting, anaphylaxis, advanced resuscitation techniques, oxygen in medical emergencies, airway devices and drug protocols.

The day will also focus heavily on identified threats and uses crew resource management techniques to prepare for a coordinated team approach in managing medical emergencies.
