Course Information

Following the change in legal status of the National Association from ADA Inc to ADA Limited, the Branch was required to update its Constitution to accommodate new requirements.  This work has been delegated to the Constitution Committee as per By-Law 9.6 Standing Committees.

The Branch – through the Constitution Committee - took the opportunity to engage external legal services and review the entire Constitution to ensure it complied with all relevant legislation and met the needs of the Association for the short and longer term.

Branch Council has decided to hold a Meeting of Members to allow opportunity for the reviewed Constitution to be adopted by Member Resolution.

Members are required to register for attendance in person. With online attendance restricted to Members located in regional areas.
