Course Overview
Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of extraction site management, graft material selection, flap design, and immediate implant placement. The program covers implant selection, drilling protocols, and immediate restoration techniques.
Hands-On Training
Practical sessions will be conducted on models and pig jaws, allowing participants to practice:
• Grafting and suturing (Models)
• Soft tissue harvesting and flap management (Pigs jaws)
• Immediate implant placement (Models)
• Fabrication of custom healing abutments (Models)
Learning Objectives
• Perform minimally traumatic extractions and effective socket debridement
• Decide when to graft vs. place immediate implants
• Manage oro-antral communications and challenging defects
• Select and apply grafts and membranes appropriately
• Achieve predictable wound closure and soft tissue management with flaps
• Apply immediate implant placement protocols in anterior and posterior cases
• Understand jump gap grafting principles
• Immediate restoration protocols and fabrication of custom healing abutments
